Stephen Bacon House : ウィキペディア英語版 | Stephen Bacon House
The Stephen Bacon House is a historic First Period house at 105 N. Main Street in Natick, Massachusetts. The oldest portion of this 2-1/2 story timber frame house is the left side front, which was built c. 1700 by Stephen Bacon, one of Natick's early settlers. The right side and the rear leanto were later 18th century additions, as is the 2-1/2 story block to the right. This building appears on one of the earliest maps of the area (in 1724), and the town's first school classes were held here.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=NRHP nomination and MACRIS inventory record for Stephen Bacon House )〕 The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.〔 Massachusetts Historical Commission records indicate the building was demolished some time before 2004;〔 the present structure may be a recreation. ==See also==
